
Grilled T-Bone Steak
Ingredients:
- Steak
- 4 (16 oz) T-bone steaks, salt, freshly ground black pepper
- Honey-Mustard Glaze
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/8 cup of olive oil
- 1 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic (no problem with your Pepcid AC or Pepcid complete)
- 1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- Directions:
- To prepare the glaze, whisk together all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- Set aside. Season the steaks met with salt and pepper and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour 3/4 cup of the glaze over the steaks (reserving the remaining ¼ cup), and turn the steaks to evenly coat.
- Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until done, brushing with remaining glaze
- Or, transfer the steaks to a baking sheet and brush with the remaining glaze.
- Place the steaks in a preheated 475 degree oven and cook for 5-6 minutes for medium rare.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
