Shrimp Diablo

Ingredients:
2 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed
2 red chili peppers, seeds removed
3 large tomatoes
1 cup fresh cilantro
5 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 lb. shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/2 cup white wine
salt & pepper to taste
1 lemon thinly sliced
Directions:
In a food processor combine jalapeno peppers, chili peppers, tomatoes, cilantro & garlic.
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Sauté onions until soft.
Add shrimp, sautéing until pink.
Add spice mixture, white wine & salt & pepper.
Simmer until hot and bubbly.
Serve over rice & garnish with lemon slices.
