Dry Rub for Ribs and Potatoes

(Enough dry rub for 3-4 racks of ribs and enough for 3-4 whole baked potatoes cut into wedges)

Ingredients:
2-tablespoons sweet paprika
2-tablespoons granulated onion
2-tablespoons granulated garlic
2-tablespoons salt
1-teaspoon black pepper
1-teaspoon ground cumin
1-teaspoon chili powder
Directions:
Mix all spices together and store in a covered jar, keep this dry rub in a cabinet not in the refrigerator.
This mixture can last up to 2-3 weeks without losing any potency.
