
Dry Rub for Ribs and Potatoes
(Enough dry rub for 3-4 racks of ribs and enough for 3-4 whole baked potatoes cut into wedges)
- Ingredients:
- 2-tablespoons sweet paprika
- 2-tablespoons granulated onion
- 2-tablespoons granulated garlic
- 2-tablespoons salt
- 1-teaspoon black pepper
- 1-teaspoon ground cumin
- 1-teaspoon chili powder
- Directions:
- Mix all spices together and store in a covered jar, keep this dry rub in a cabinet not in the refrigerator.
- This mixture can last up to 2-3 weeks without losing any potency.
