Pork Sandwiches

(Serves 6)

Ingredients:
2 lb pork loin, in 1-in-thick slices
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 to 2 tsp hot red pepper, crushed
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
olive oil
crushed rosemary
crusty round rolls or hamburger buns
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions:
Marinate pork in a mixture of vinegar, red pepper, onion, and garlic for 1 hour at room temperature.
Pat the pork steaks dry and rub them with olive oil.
Sprinkle pork steaks with crushed rosemary.
Grill about 5 to 7 minutes on each side over each side over hot mesquite.
Serve on lightly buttered rolls or buns toasted on the grill.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
