
Cabbage Curry with Lemon
- Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tsp. canola oil
- 2 tsp. mustard seeds
- 2 cups green cabbage, chopped
- 5 green chilies, chopped
- 3/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 tsp. white sugar
- 4 tsp. chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- salt & pepper to taste
- Directions:
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Add mustard seeds and cook until they pop.
- Add cabbage, chilies, turmeric & sugar, cooking for approx.
- 3 to 4 min.
- Remove from heat & add coriander leaves & lemon juice.
- Salt & pepper taste.
- Serve with Basmati rice, nan or chapati bread.
