Cabbage Curry with Lemon

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tsp. canola oil
2 tsp. mustard seeds
2 cups green cabbage, chopped
5 green chilies, chopped
3/4 tsp. turmeric powder
2 tsp. white sugar
4 tsp. chopped coriander leaves
2 tsp. lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add mustard seeds and cook until they pop.
Add cabbage, chilies, turmeric & sugar, cooking for approx.
3 to 4 min.
Remove from heat & add coriander leaves & lemon juice.
Salt & pepper taste.
Serve with Basmati rice, nan or chapati bread.
